About Us

PUCM was established in 2015 and currently has over 170 company members. PUCM members have been contributing to economic growth of the nation through various industries including information technology, construction, mining, oil and gas, telecommunications, solar energy, retailing, manufacturing, tourism, and F&B .

PUCM has been actively promoting Chinese companies and communicating with the local community through such creative methods as holding trade exhibitions, shooting Chinese New Year and Hari Raya video clips, holding seminars and forums, interacting with the Bumiputera community and holding charity events. PUCM also interacts regularly with local and international media.

PUCM held a grand dinner in Kuala Lumpur on 20 Feb., 2020 to mark the 45th Malaysia-China diplomatic relations Kuala Lumpur, graced by then-Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, Chinese Ambassador to Malaysia Bai Tian and then-Primary Industries Minister Teresa Kok.

PUCM held Malaysia’s 1st China Smart Technology Trade Exhibition (SCITE) in December 2019 at Mid Valley Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur, featuring companies representing artificial intelligent and smart technology products from China such as smart city concepts, various robotic applications, drone technologies and other smart products.

PUCM successfully held 2022  China Smart Technology Trade Exhibition & Forum on September 6 , 2022 in Kuala Lumpur.

PUCM members has donated over three million ringgit in medical supplies and cash to Malaysia and China authorities and agencies to help fight the covid-19 pandemic, illustrating PUCM’s passion and concern for both nations at this time of need. 


Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on Monday took the time to meet with PUCM Exco members  in Parliament house on Feb. 18th 2025.

PUCM president was invited to join the Entrepreneurs Group following Malaysian Prime Minister Dato' Seri Anwar's official trip to China at end of March 2023.

PUCM President met  Malaysian Prime Minister Dato' Seri Anwar and presented PUCM official newspaper to him as a toke in April 2023.

PUCM President  was invited to Prime Minister Dato' Seri Anwar  official residence  for Buka Puasa dinner in March 2024.

PUCM has been actively interating with Malaysian societies and especially with Bumiputra community and received universal praise from both Malaysia and China.

ABOUT PUCM

China Entrepreneurs Association in Malaysia (Persatuan Usahawan China Di Malaysia (PUCM)) was established in 2015 under the Act of the Malaysian society. Our headquarter is situated in Kuala Lumpur (KL), Malaysia.

The subject of this association is to promote the common development of Chinese entrepreneurs in Malaysia and to safeguard the legitimate interests of Chinese entrepreneurs in the Malaysia, to promote the mutual connection and exchange between Chinese enterprises, enhance the understanding and communication between Chinese enterprises and the Malaysian business sectors, expand economic and trade cooperation with Malaysia, to strengthen dialogue and exchange with Malaysian government departments, guide and coordinate the lawful operation and fair competition of Chinese enterprises, coordinate and resolve major business issues, representing members in foreign representations.

PUCM maintains good relations and close ties with the Malaysia and China government and provides the necessary advice and services to the members of the association and other institutions or persons interested in doing business Malaysia or China. PUCM currently has over 200 company members. It is one of the most active and locally recognised China association in Malaysia. PUCM members have invested in a variety of business sectors such as information technology, construction, mining, oil & gas, telecommunications, energy, retail, manufacturing, education, healthcare, media and tourism, and have been making a significant contribution to Malaysia’s economic development. PUCM has been actively promoting Chinese companies and communicating with the local community through such creative methods as holding trade exhibition, shooting Chinese New Year and Hari Raya video clips, holding seminars and forums, interacting with the Bumiputera community and holding charity events. PUCM held Malaysia’s 1st China Smart Technology Trade Exhibition (SCITE) on 14th to 15th December 2019 in Mid Valley Exhibition Center Kuala Lumpur. Many companies presented AI and smart technology products from China such as smart city concept, various robot applications, drone presentations, and other smart products.
